Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to the Dialqo service: business number, call forwarding, transcription, call summaries, tasks and reminders.
Subscription
The service is billed per organisation, with no fixed term, cancellable at any time at the end of the monthly period. No user cap applies.
Minutes and overage
A single minute meter covers every call on the line, whether answered by a person or by the agent. Beyond the included volume, each minute is billed at the subscribed plan’s rate, as shown on the pricing page.
Billing
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Billing is monthly, or annually if you prefer: in that case, ten months are charged for twelve.
Features in delivery
Features marked “soon” or “planned” are not live yet. They will be delivered at no extra cost to subscribers of the relevant plans.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The full version will be published before the commercial launch.
