Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

Data processed

Account data, call logs, recordings, transcriptions, summaries and tasks created in the service.

Purposes

Providing the phone system, transcribing and summarising calls, generating tasks and reminders.

Your callers

If you use Dialqo, you inform your callers that calls are recorded and transcribed, in line with applicable regulation.

Callback form

The details you leave in the callback form — name, email, phone, message and chosen plan — are used only to call you back. They are stored in the European Union (Ireland) with our processor Convex. Your IP address is not kept: only a one-way fingerprint is, to throttle automated submissions.

Audience measurement

We measure traffic on this site with PostHog, hosted in the United States. No cookie is set and nothing is stored in your browser: visits are counted from a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, computed by PostHog and reset daily, with no individual profile and no session recording. We record actions on the site (pressing a phone number, sending the form), never their content: your name, email, phone number and message are not sent to it. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is honoured.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you hold rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability over your data. Reach us at +33 7 57 82 74 94.

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the subscription, then deleted on request. The detailed version will be published before launch.
