Questions
What people ask before signing
Yes. We handle porting your existing numbers from your current operator. You sign a mandate online, your existing line stays live until the day of the switch, and no call is lost during the operation.
No. Dialqo runs in the browser over WebRTC: a computer and a USB headset are enough. If you already own IP handsets, raise it during the demo. Support for them is under consideration and has not shipped.
Today an unanswered call goes to voicemail, the message is transcribed, and it appears in the shared log. Full conditional routing, meaning ring groups, overflow and opening hours, is under construction and clearly marked “soon” on this page.
Your account data and recordings are hosted in the European Union, billed in euros by a French entity. Recording is off by default: you enable it per seat, and the legal notice is played automatically.
You set a fallback number, a mobile for example. If no seat is reachable, inbound calls switch to it. That automatic fallback is part of the routing still under construction; during the beta we configure it with you at setup.
Same platform, two uses. The outbound cockpit is for calling out: call lists, chained dialling, qualification, per-rep counters. Dialqo Standard is the company’s inbound reception. One account can run both.
And when you are the one calling?
The same account opens the outbound cockpit: call lists, chained dialling, qualification, and writes straight into the CRM.
